Never confirmed delivery

I was waiting for a delivery confirmation and never got one. Message came at 5am saying it was out for delivery. I emailed the store twice asking for a confirmation and questioning the odd delivery time (which was the following day that it was promised). Still no response. I did not want to ask the bereaved family if they got the flowers, which is why I only reached out to the shop itself. Never got a response, I can only assume they took my money and did not deliver the flowers I paid for. I’d suggest going elsewhere so you don’t run into the same problem I did!!!
